The FullScale Symposium 2026 will take place at the Indianapolis Convention Center on October 8-10, 2026. 

We’ve secured a limited number of rooms at four nearby properties for your convenience; accommodations are not included in the registration rate, and availability is limited across the event dates (October 8–10). We recommend booking early to secure the dates that best align with your travel. 

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis

Omni – limited availability: 10/7–10/9

Le Meridien – limited availability: 10/8–10/9 (limited or no discounted availability on 10/7)

Westin – limited availability: 10/8–10/9 (limited or no discounted availability on 10/7)

By booking a room at our conference hotel, you’re helping ensure we have a successful event and that we can continue to provide the best experience possible for future Symposiums.
